Tony White was born in Sydney, Australia, where he graduated from the University of Sydney, and although he earned a degree in architecture, his heart was in jewellery design. Tony has the distinction of exhibiting his one-of-a kind jewellery creations in the capitals of the world to a clientele with an appreciation of his unique artistry and opulent use of precious gems. He is distinguished for having a selection of his designs in the permanent collection of the Australian National Gallery. In 1994 he was honoured and his jewellery exhibited in Washington, D.C. during a week of celebrations honouring the talents and artistry of Australia, and hosted by the Australian Ambassador to the United States. In 1993 Tony White was honoured in New York City at a reception hosted by the Australian Consul General.
